We are a family owned and operated business based in the Waikato, All of our projects are constructed by qualified builders following the New Zealand building code using top of the line kiwi made materials.

We have a range of different floor plans available but we still allow you to add any feature or special touch where ever you like, or we can fully customize and design your build from scratch, the possibilities are endless!
